We provide personalised, eco-conscious home cleaning and styling services. Every service is tailored to your home and lifestyle.

Consultations

A Fresh Start Consultation is recommended to create your personalised plan.
The consultation can take place in your home or over the phone.
Any consultation fee is credited toward your first booked services.

Quotes & Pricing

You’ll receive a personalised quote that reflects your home, the scope of work, and any optional Enhancements.
Pricing starts from $180 depending on your space and chosen services.
The final quote confirmed with you at booking is what we work from.

Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
Payment is due as outlined in your personalised quote.
Your service is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Occasionally we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.

Your Role

Please provide safe access to your home.
Secure pets and valuables before our visit.
If the actual service requirements differ from the consultation, we may need to adjust the plan or quote.

Our Commitment & Liability

We take great care with every home, but we aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage or items outside our control.
We carry public liability insurance for peace of mind.
We aim to deliver exceptional service every time.
